Responsible for leading project portfolio management in Rubber & Poly-Met Consumables. Improve the rubber business profitability through better utilization of wide global footprint.

I’m a Procurement guy from the beginning. Developed and managed the spend and supplier portfolio of the business, by continuous monitoring and achieving the relevant KPIs. Guarantees continuous supply at best cost for the whole supply chain.
