Strategic leadership and thinking in a world characterized by complexity and uncertainty
– The courage to take your organization outside the comfort zone
Welcome to EFL’s annual strawberry seminar, which this year deals with strategic thinking and leadership in a world characterized by new challenges and a new business landscape. We look forward to seeing you with us on June 28 to take part of an exciting and relevant content, as well as shiny fresh strawberries.
Globalization, digitization, environmental challenges, political turbulence, etc. gives us completely new challenges and new issues that cannot be answered with traditional strategy, leadership and business models.
With EFL’s management expert Stein Kleppestø, we take into account how one as a leader and organization navigates in the unknown, where a strategic leadership characterized by openness, experiment and learning is required. Concepts such as intuition, creativity and cognitive self-awareness must characterize strategic thinking. And where the strategic leadership increasingly needs to include an organizational, continuous (lifelong) learning and the courage to take the organization outside the comfort zone and to new opportunities for success.
Strategic impact is a matter of pedagogy – developing yourself and others to find new, relevant answers together.
The seminar will take place on Friday 28 June. We open the doors at 08.15 with a summer breakfast with shiny strawberries. The seminar starts at 8.45 a.m. and ends around 10.15 a.m.
Welcome!
